Zendesk Pitch

There will always be customers. And customers will always have problems. But Zendesk, a customer service software, leans into those problems, and is obsessed with finding solutions for their own clients. The result? They’ve become the home of the happy customer.

We decided to tap into that feeling of a happy customer and happy customer experience employees by putting each person in their own happy place, with the Zendesk logo acting as a window into that beautiful, sensorial experience. The executions were bright and colorful, but still professional and polished to appeal to those potential c-suite employees looking to better their customer service experience.

Ultimately, Zendesk went with another agency that had built a campaign that was ready to go using stock images (our direction did require both stills and video to be shot, which they were open to initially). But this direction was well received by the team.
